The Origins of

"What Ails You"

The phrase “Topicals for what ails you” is derived from the story of Parcival. In the story Parcival wanders “aimlessly” for many years after failing to ask the grail king “the question.” “The Question” is a mystery till you get to the end and find out that Parcival was supposed to ask the king “what ails” him. In the story the king was suffering and in pain and by asking him "the question" what ails you, he would have set him free from his suffering.

Thus, it is that these topicals are our way of asking you “what ails” you so that you might be set free from your suffering.

About the Creators of Ætherbal

Husband and wife, Bonnie and Michael D’Arcangelo, started Ætherbal as a way to blend their interests, Science and Herbal Medicine, into one venture they could create and grow together.

Michael spent many years working on Ortho Silicic formulas and shares his passion for botany with Bonnie who has many years studying herbal medicine.

By uniting these interests and forms of healing together they have created powerful topicals that are able to bring relief and restoration to all.

Bonnie D'Arcangelo

Bonnie Beth D’Arcangelo is a Holistic Health Consultant and Master Herbalist with a Master’s Degree in Herbal Medicine and a Doctoral Student. She is a Certified Dietary Supplement Provider (CDSP) by the NANP, and a certified Aromatherapist (NAHA). She also has a micro-credential in Functional Blood Analysis. Her work brings in the principles of holistic wellness coaching with guidance on proper supplementation and herbal medicine to help support your health goals. 

Whether it be natural management of existing chronic health conditions or finding a natural approach to maintaining your health, herbal medicine can offer a lot of benefits to everyone.

Bonnie owns her own holistic practice in Metro-Detroit where she provides holistic wellness coaching and phytotherapy services called Veusebeia Phytotherapy Center.

Michael D'Arcangelo

Michael D’Arcangelo is a botanist, scientist, researcher, and alchemist who has spent his life developing healing modalities based on orthosilicic acid and horticulture research. He has worked extensively on plant breeding and with biodynamic preparations and farming. He studied with Huge Courtney at Earth Legacy Agriculture where he learned how to make biodynamic preparations and has continued to develop these preparations to further the original work of Rudolf Steiner. He later advanced these techniques into the realm of plasma physiology and applied them to further herbal medicine. A long-time proponent of holistic health Michael is continuing to work on developing new ways of delivering herbal medicine into the body that provides groundbreaking innovations in health.

A word from Bonnie

Ætherbal is our gift to humanity. It exist to ease discomfort and suffering. There is nothing greater than to hear from a customer who was incapacitated by their suffering and can now live their life again. We are always giving away samples to people anytime we hear that they are in discomfort or have a condition that we know our topicals will help. The greatest things are born out of love and a desire to end human suffering. While we can't end all suffering, we can at least try to make life more livable for those who do suffer. Some of our topicals were crafted because someone we knew asked if we had something for their condition. They were get their own custom blend to try and if it worked then we would develop it into a product so it was available for others.

A word from Michael

I do this because I know of the benefits of orthosilicic acid and I want to make it available to people so that they can experience healing for themselves. I was taught the original formula for orthosilicic acid by a  Professor in Switzerland and together with my wife we have expounded upon the original formula to create targeted topicals for specialty relief. Even the plain base formula was effective at helping people and I was able to see the potential that it held for humanity. After many years of work, research, and dedication, I have brought these topicals to the public with confidence that they will provide the relief that they need.
